  • Partner “Status” Agreement - Voluntary Insurance Partners, LLC


    This agreement outlines the standards and expectations for Partner status within Voluntary Insurance Partners, LLC (VIP). It is designed to ensure mutual growth, profitability, and the maintenance of our high standards for all Veteran and Rookie Partners.


    Commitment to Partnership:


    Partnership with VIP is defined by a commitment to excellence and a 100/100 contribution, not a 50/50 proposition. VIP provides substantial resources, infrastructure, and technology to facilitate business development and client service. These resources include, but are not limited to:

    • Personalized Google Workspace with VIP email address, calendar, drive, and HiHello integration, ExpressEnroll Enrollment and beginning to end implementation systems, Preparatory tools for open enrollments.
    • Opportunities for incentives and participation in contests.
    • Advanced tools, including the Partner Prospecting Proposal, The PartnerApp, and Artificial Intelligence.
    • Comprehensive training programs, such as Rookie Roundtable, Friday Fundamentals, Train the Trainers, Monday Morning Kickoffs, and ongoing educational opportunities.
    • Competitive commission structures and renewal opportunities.
    • Opportunities to better diversify your income not only vertically, but horizontally as well.

    Partner Status and Onboarding:

    Eligibility: New recruits achieve Partner status upon closing three (3) cases with VIP. They are assigned a Google Workspace Account in a PROBATIONARY period in their first 90 days and keeping this will be up for review by your Executive Partner.  


    New Partner Onboarding Goal: Each New Partner is expected to enroll three (3) new groups within their first 90 days of partnership. This rapid start is essential for establishing momentum and utilizing VIP’s system of success.


    Performance Evaluation: After 90 days, a performance review will determine the continuation of Partner status. Failure to meet the onboarding goal may result in a change to Affiliate status. Affiliate status allows for continued business production within VIP systems but without the aforementioned Partner benefits.


    Performance Standards for Partner Status:

    Rookie Partners (New to Voluntary Worksite Benefits): A minimum goal of $150,000 in Assurity business within the first 24 months is expected. This equates to an approximate $67,500 first-year commission.


    Veteran Partners: A minimum goal of $150,000 in Assurity business within 18 months is expected.


    Overall Partner Retention: An annual sales volume of $150,000 is required to maintain active Partner status, ensuring sustainable contributions to agency growth. This will be reviewed annually.

     


    Key Strategies for Success:

    • Partner Collaboration: Actively leverage the expertise of executive and managing partners for effective sales strategies.
    • System Adherence: Consistently utilize VIP tools and resources.
    • Relationship Focus: Prioritize building strong client relationships and delivering value.
    • Consistent Activity: Maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up efforts, utilizing VIP’s advanced underwriting processes.

     


    Financial Responsibility:


    Due to the considerable resources invested in Partner development, these performance standards are necessary to ensure the profitability of all parties. Meeting these goals will maintain the financial health and prosperous culture of VIP.


    Acknowledgment and Agreement:


    By maintaining Partner status, the Partner acknowledges and agrees to:

    1. Commit to opening a minimum of three (3) cases within the first 90 days of partnership.
    2. Understand the resources VIP provides and their associated costs.
    3. Acknowledge that Partnership is a 100/100 commitment.
    4. Adhere to the performance standards outlined in this agreement for the long term.
